Mr. Kashinath Degvekar (Managing Director)
Mr. Kashinath Degvekar has extensive experience of over 30 years in Engineering and Project Management for Refineries, Petrochemical, Chemical, Pharmaceuticals and co-ordination with Client, Licensor, Vendors and Site Contractors. He has executed Major projects for Clients such as IOCL, CPCL, Biocon, Reliance. He has held managerial positions with Jacobs Engineering – Mumbai and was previously associated with Glenmark Pharmaceuticals Limited, Cipla Limited, Mumbai and Rallies India Limited.
Mr. Sagar Pachpute (Director Technical and Business Development)
Mr. Sagar Pachpute has rich Industrial experience of over 21 years, including Project and Contract Management, Conceptual and Detailed Engineering, Overall responsibility of Planning and Organizing Project Tasks, Risk Mitigation Plan, Monitoring, Coordinating and Supervising Inter-discipline activities, meeting Contractual Responsibilities, Coordination and Communication for the Project with Client, PMC and Licensor. He has executed Major projects for Clients such as HPCL, IOCL, CPCL, MRPL, GHCL, Reliance, Rohm and Haas and International Clients Like OCP Maroc, BP and Extelux from various industries like Refineries, Petrochemical, Chemical, Fertilizers, Soda Ash etc. He has held Managerial position with Jacobs Engineering Mumbai. He is a Material Handling Expert and was previously associated with WAM Group (Italy) Mumbai and Cobit Engineering (P) Ltd. Mumbai.
Ms. Manisha Chimbalkar (Director Operations)
Ms. Manisha has 21 years of experience with the Oil & Gas EPC Industries & has handled the complete EPC Projects management for the Oil companies such as HPCL, IOCL, BPCL, Oil India Ltd., MRPL etc. for turnkey projects. She was Director Operations for more than 14 years with leading EPC company, M/s. Fabtech Projects & Engineers Ltd. India. Having worked in all the areas including Design, Production, QA, Purchase, Marketing, Procurement and Financials i.e. Cash Inflow-Outflow & Marketing i.e. Tendering during her role as the Director Operations for EPC projects in Oil & Gas Sector.
Mr. Ram Deshpande (Technical Head)
Mr. Ram Deshpande has extensive experience of over 35 years in Engineering & Construction Management for Refineries, Petrochemical, Chemical, Pharmaceuticals, etc. He has held various managerial positions with Jacobs Engineering – Mumbai, in the capacity of Engineering Director and Electrical Head. He has also rich experience in Construction activities.
Mr. Ajay Deshmukh (Expert of Inspection and Expediting)
Competent person from Explosives dept, Nagpur since 1994 under SMPV(U) Rules and Petroleum Rules. Total experience of more than 30 years in Inspection and Certification services in Oil and Gas sector. Issued Certifications in all rules under PESO such as 12(2), 18, 19, 33, 43 and previous rule 44(2), Rule 126 and 130 under Petroleum Rules. Dealt with all types of installations including Above ground tanks, Underground tanks, Mounded storage vessels, Cryogenic tanks, Auto LPG stations, Spherical vessels etc. Worked for all refineries in India including IOCL, HPCL, BPCL, RIL, AGIES, Super GAS, Total Gas, ONGC, GAIL and various other private bottling plants. Experience in approval of Design documents for all types of Pressure vessels in construction codes: IS 2825, ASME, PD 5500 including material identification, welder qualification.
Worked with M/s. Safess Quality MPL for 25 years and associated with Jacobs Engineering for last 20 years for inspection services of various equipment including Field expediting.
Project Inspection Experience includes: Inspection of coded Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers, Columns, Storage Tanks, C.F. Pumps, Lube Oil systems, Compressors, Fans, Blowers, Valves, Fittings, Strainers, Flame Arrestors, Piping, Cranes, Lifts, etc.
Review of WPS, PQR of various material for Boiler Quality, Carbon Steel, Low temperature services, Cr-Mo Alloy Steel and Stainless Steel in different grades.
Mr. Ravishankar Mahanthi (Construction)
Mr. Ravishankar Mahanthi has rich industrial experience of over 14 years, including Project Management, Contracts Management & Construction Management, Conceptual & detailed engineering, overall responsibility of Planning, Monitoring, Coordinating & Supervising Inter discipline activities, meeting contractual responsibilities, coordination & communication for the project with Client, PMC & Licensor. He has executed Major projects for Clients such as Essar Oil Ltd, IOCL, CPCL, Reliance from various industries like Refineries, Petrochemical, Oil & Gas sector etc. He has held Key position with Jacobs Engineering – Mumbai was previously associated with IOT Infrastructure & Energy services Ltd.– Mumbai, Essar Oil Limited – Vadinar, Jamnagar.
Mr. Sanjiv Dalvi (GM - Projects)
Mr. Sanjiv Dalvi has a strong Mechanical and Electronics background with total 39 years of experience in various fields like Machine Tools, Textile, Petrochemicals, Food Processing, Dairy, Breweries, Distilleries, Cement Plant, Power Plant. He has also worked with foreign delegates from Bechtel USA, Solios Carbon France, Solios Environment France, Kent Jaspan, SGS Swiss, Arla Food Denmark, Alfa Laval Sweden, Linde Germany, Danieli Italy, Foster Wheeler UK, Avery Hardoll UK etc. He has vast experience in project execution including Planning, Expediting, Inspection, Fabrication, ODC transportation, Erection, Commissioning etc. for EPC Projects in Oil & Gas Industries.
